Whatever stage you are at during your pregnancy or postnatal period, a power hour might be just what you need.

Perhaps your birth plan has suddenly changed, or perhaps you have got to the end of pregnancy and need some extra support and positivity, perhaps you are early in your pregnancy and just want some information to help you plan your birth, or maybe you are needing some support postnatally with baby care or feeding. A power hour with me can be whatever you need it to be.
