Doula Services

A doula is someone who can support you physically and emotionally throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

I offer a range of different doula services to help support you in all the ways you need. I offer in person doula support across Essex and South East London as well as virtual doula support wherever you are in the world.

My aim as your doula is to offer emotional, physical, non-biased support throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I cover within 1 hour of my base in South East Essex. Within a 10 mile radius I don't charge a mileage fee, however beyond that my fee is 45 pence (£0.45) per mile travelled over that. This is a one off additional fee and multiple trips to you during my on-call period (for a false alarm or long first stage or labour) will not be charged.
